Growkar Plus – Refund Policy

Thank you for using Growkar Plus.
This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions related to digital voucher purchases, promotional products, and promotional reward activities available through the Growkar Plus platform.
1. Nature of Products
Growkar Plus primarily provides digital products, promotional vouchers, and promotional benefits.
Due to the digital nature of these products, certain purchases may become non-refundable once successfully delivered, activated, processed, or verified.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund or reward reversal may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Payment received but order not processed within a reasonable time
- Technical failure caused by the platform
- Incorrect deduction caused by system error
- Verified failed transaction
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Digital voucher already delivered or used
- Incorrect UPI/payment details entered by the user
- User mistake during purchase
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Reward points already consumed or redeemed
- Violation of platform rules or suspicious activity
- Fake or unverifiable payment proof
4. Reward Points & Promotional Benefits
Promotional reward points provided by Growkar Plus are promotional in nature and intended only for eligible in-app promotional usage.
Growkar Plus reserves the right to:
- Modify promotional campaigns
- Reverse suspicious rewards
- Cancel abusive transactions
- Restrict fraudulent activities
5. Payment Verification
Some purchases may require payment verification.
Submission of a UPI transaction reference or payment proof does not automatically guarantee approval, successful processing, or refund eligibility.
Growkar Plus may request additional verification in suspicious cases.
Growkar Plus does not collect or store users’ UPI PINs, banking passwords, or confidential banking credentials.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing may take a reasonable amount of time depending on:
- Payment verification
- Technical review
- UPI or banking partner processing time
Refund timelines may vary.
7. Fraud Prevention
To maintain platform safety, Growkar Plus actively monitors suspicious activity including:
- Fake referrals
- Fake payment proofs
- Abuse of promotional rewards
- Multiple account misuse
Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in:
- Transaction cancellation
- Reward reversal
- Account suspension
- Permanent restriction from the platform
